• We are seeking a skilled front-end developer to join our User Experience development team at Ping Identity.
• As a UX Developer, you will leverage your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to assist our product teams in implementing UX designs.
• Reporting to the Manager of UX Development, you will embrace new challenges and adeptly navigate various code bases and tech stacks while crafting clean, sustainable code.
• Take ownership of Ping's internal front-end libraries and collaborate with Ping UX designers and other development teams to refine requirements and provide reliable delivery estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to maintain design consistency across the Ping Identity product suite.
• Address and resolve issues across different browsers and technology stacks through debugging, troubleshooting, and triaging.
• Transform mockups and wireframes into well-structured, maintainable code and use your expertise to guide component architecture decisions and mentor fellow developers.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of front-end development experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in writing Unit Tests, particularly with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Strong familiarity with Git and command line operations.
• Keen attention to design details and the ability to extract essential information from design files.
• Advantageous to have 2+ years of React development experience.
• Familiarity with build tools like Vite, esbuild, Babel, Webpack, and Rollup is a plus.
• Understanding of CI pipelines for automated building, testing, and package publishing is advantageous.
• Curiosity to explore innovative solutions and inspire others to do the same.
• Effective and concise communication skills, especially in crafting technical documentation for fellow developers.
