• Join our expanding design team at Evergen as a UX/UI Designer, focusing primarily on User Interface design.

• Collaborate with our Product Designer to develop clear, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complexity.

• Work with engineering and product teams to create engaging user experiences that align with our energy optimization objectives.

• Translate user and product needs into detailed wireframes and polished UI designs.

• Contribute to the entire design process, from initial concepts to implementation-ready designs.

• Enhance our design system by crafting reusable components and design patterns.

• Partner with our Product Designer to ensure alignment on UX direction and interface specifics.

• Provide precise specifications and assets to aid developers in their work.

• Assist in design quality assurance and testing to maintain consistency and excellence.

• Support in organizing and conducting user testing sessions to gather valuable insights for design enhancements.

• Stay informed about the latest UX/UI best practices, WCAG accessibility standards, and interaction trends.

• Possess at least 2 years of experience in UX/UI or product design positions.

• Showcase a compelling visual portfolio highlighting interface and interaction design projects.

• Proficient in Figma (bonus points for experience in developing design systems).

• Familiarity with responsive web and mobile design principles.

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability concepts.

• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities.
