• Establish and maintain efficient file management systems, version control practices, and organised asset libraries.

• Implement clear naming conventions and folder structures to facilitate collaboration and streamline production processes.

• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance editing workflows and asset creation.

• Collaborate with the Head of Content, Founders, and other team members to achieve common goals, maintain narrative flow, and meet deadlines.
