• Join us as a Visual Brand Designer (m/f/d) and become a pivotal player in shaping and enhancing the visual identity of our brands.
• You will lead brand design efforts, deliver exceptional creative concepts, and collaborate closely with marketing, product teams, and external partners.
• Develop the visual appearance of our brands, covering everything from logos, color palettes, and typography to imagery.
• Create and uphold brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand experience across all communication channels.
• Craft innovative visual concepts for marketing campaigns, spanning online and offline materials.
• Design engaging visual content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Produce print materials like flyers, brochures, posters, and other collateral.
• Present design solutions and actively seek feedback from various stakeholders.
• Possess relevant education and professional experience, such as vocational training or a degree in Media Design, Communication Design, or a similar field.
• Bring a minimum of ten years of experience in brand, visual, or communication design, with agency experience being advantageous.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency, understanding how to efficiently implement design ideas.
• Showcase creativity, a strong aesthetic sense, and a concept-driven approach to design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other image and video editing tools.
• Experienced in project management, with the ability to independently structure and prioritize design projects.
• Work autonomously, pragmatically, and solution-oriented, even when handling complex tasks.
• Value teamwork and excel in cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication in a diverse professional environment.
