• Responsible for managing and enhancing ALEMI’s visual identity across various platforms, focusing on paid social media, performance creatives, and scalable D2C systems.
• Ownership of brand and visual system, including the development of visual guidelines for ALEMI.
• Ensuring visual consistency across website, advertisements, social media, newsletters, store screens, and campaign materials.
• Maintaining a premium, modern, and commercially robust brand image.
• Conceptualizing and producing paid social creatives (static, video, UGC edits) with a focus on hooks, testing logic, and iteration.
• Adapting performance insights into new creative approaches, formats, and variations.
• Collaborating closely with Performance Marketing to enhance creative output based on data.
• Providing creative direction for photo and video shoots, including visual language, look & feel, and references.
• Planning and overseeing shoot production, as well as briefing and quality control of photographers.
• Managing assets, versions, and files in a structured manner.
• Providing guidance to a working student on a daily basis.
• Efficiently utilizing modern tools, including AI, to accelerate ideation and production processes while maintaining quality.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience in a performance-oriented D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth digital setting.
• Demonstrated experience in creating creatives for paid social campaigns, not limited to brand or editorial design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing aesthetic quality and business acumen.
• Experience collaborating with Performance Marketing or Growth teams.
• Bonus points for experience in managing freelancers, shoots, or junior creatives.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high output and iteration cycles.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in producing static and video ads optimized for paid social media.
• Experience creating website assets, landing page visuals, and campaign materials.
• Thorough understanding of format requirements across Meta, Instagram, websites, and emails.
• Strong asset management skills and organized file handling.
• Curiosity and hands-on approach in utilizing AI-supported tools for efficient ideation and production.
