• Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design understanding and excellent craftsmanship. A keen grasp of color, typography, composition, and interactions is crucial.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a willingness to learn new tools as needed.

• Previous experience thriving in fast-paced environments like agencies, startups, or studios.
