• Collaborate closely with marketing and UX research teams to analyze and meet design requirements.

• Create compelling designs for various platforms including web, mobile, and print, ensuring consistency with brand identity.

• Produce pixel-perfect, responsive designs and prototypes for websites and campaigns, maintaining brand integrity.

• Tell engaging stories through visual design concepts.

• Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale effectively, both verbally and visually.

• Pay meticulous attention to detail and collaborate with Front-end Developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

• Stay informed about technology, user interactions, industry trends, and design best practices.

• Minimum of 2 years of design experience or relevant role.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing for various channels and digital devices (print, web, mobile, wearables).

• Proficiency in design tools such as Invision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and more.

• Team player who excels in cross-functional collaboration and aligning requirements with business goals.

• Deep understanding of visual design standards, typography, iconography, and color theory.

• Open to receiving and implementing constructive feedback.
