• Design and create various marketing assets for campaigns on different platforms such as landing pages, paid ads, email, social media, decks, and event materials
• Transform creative direction into refined deliverables and establish consistent processes
• Develop digital and print assets ready for production

• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-based work and design systems
• Ability to follow direction and produce high-quality visual content
• Progressively taking on more responsibility in project ownership
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, or similar
• Understanding of layout systems, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for various platforms including landing pages, paid ads, email marketing, and sales collateral
• Familiarity with AI design tools for design workflows
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills, especially in remote work environments
