Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Create visually engaging promotional graphics, banners, and web traffic boosters that align with brand guidelines

• Design layouts that prioritize products, are visually appealing, and adhere to established style standards

• Enhance storytelling through subtle motion effects in graphics as necessary

• Optimize digital images for optimal performance and download speed

• Develop and implement clean and efficient graphic templates and style guides

• Handle multiple project requests concurrently, meeting strict deadlines

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project timelines, feedback, and progress

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in web production or digital design

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent professional background

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop at an advanced level

• Strong skills in Figma, including utilization of templates and design systems

• Detail-oriented with excellent typographic abilities

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities

• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities

• Experience in retail web or e-commerce is advantageous

• Familiarity with incorporating motion into web-ready assets
