• Collaborate with the Art Director and team artists to create high-quality illustrations using a 3D & +2D workflow.
• Paint over 3D renders to achieve exceptional digital painting quality, transitioning between a synthetic 3D look and a painterly style.
• Ability to work on Witcher and Cyberpunk IPs.
• Generate original ideas and compositions for illustrations.
• Manage production pipeline and meet project deadlines.
• Share knowledge and pipelines with team members.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong illustration and storytelling skills with expertise in perspective, color, lighting, mood, and composition.
• Proficient in realistic and painterly illustration, supported by a relevant portfolio.
• Ability to switch between different styles and projects efficiently on a daily basis.
• Advanced knowledge of 2D and 3D software such as Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Maya, Zbrush, or similar.
• Focus on character art with understanding of dynamic poses and expressions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide and receive feedback effectively.
• Proficient in English communication.
