• Experience with enterprise-level brand systems and guidelines.
• Ability to create accessible illustrations and expertise in documenting style guides and standards.
• Strong grasp of animation principles, storytelling, and design artifacts for effective communication.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and data-driven decision-making.
• Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for team engagement and stakeholder relations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and embrace ambiguity for incremental progress.
