• We are in search of a Senior Illustrator, Generative AI Artist with a strong creative flair and innovative mindset to join our vibrant team.
• As a key player in this role, you will pioneer art creation by seamlessly integrating traditional illustration methods with cutting-edge generative AI technology to produce a vast array of unique and market-ready artwork.
• Responsible for generating a substantial amount of original, market-ready artwork annually through a combination of AI tools and manual illustration, aiming for 500–1,000 pieces.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to establish visual direction and product strategy.
• Ensure that all artwork adheres to high standards of quality, brand coherence, and technical accuracy.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration, Fine Art, Digital Media, or equivalent professional background.
• At least 7–10 years of hands-on experience in illustration, concept art, or graphic design fields.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI-art platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) and prompt engineering, supported by a portfolio of work samples.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI image generation tools.
• Sound knowledge of visual composition, color theory, and branding principles.
• Proven capability to transform vague directives into impactful creative results.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet strict deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with current market trends and consumer preferences in art, decor, and licensing.
