• Assist the Designer and Video Content Producer in creating various materials such as posters, social media posts, leaflets, animations, and more
• Develop new illustrations and modify existing ones to enhance the Lyra International illustration asset library to meet business needs
• Update and adjust current client and marketing materials based on customer requirements
• Aid other departments in the business with digital design needs when necessary
• Participate in brainstorming and workshop sessions with the Content and Marketing team
• Maintain design consistency and branding across company platforms
• 1-2 years of illustration and design experience, either in-house or freelance
• Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field
• **Portfolio of previous work must be included with the application**
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, as well as other relevant design software
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative flair and a sharp eye for aesthetics, bringing innovative ideas to the table
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects
• Adaptability to changing priorities, project needs, and customer feedback
• Passion for wellbeing and/or mental health
