• Utilize Unreal Engine 5 and Metahuman to craft and enhance character art
• Collaborate with Creative Leads to develop engaging content for an FPS game
• Troubleshoot and assist in the development of tools and technology to meet visual and performance goals in the engine
• Monitor project progress, manage scope, handle changes, and ensure commitments are met
• Verify assets comply with technical specifications for Unreal Engine 5
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision, while effectively collaborating within the team and taking ownership of challenges
• Document tools and production processes in a clear and comprehensible manner
• Minimum of 2 years experience in gameplay development
• Ability to work within diverse project teams and adapt to evolving priorities throughout the product lifecycle
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 and Metahuman
• Demonstrated expertise with Zbrush, Substance, and other character art tools
• Four-day work week
