📋 Description

• This position is full-time and can be based in Paris or done remotely from Western EU.

• We are on the lookout for a skilled Senior Product Designer to become a valuable member of our team.

• Our ideal candidate should possess solid UX/UI design expertise to aid in the enhancement of our enterprise dashboards and retail applications.

• A deep passion for design and the knack for producing captivating visual content for our marketing endeavors are essential.

• This role is diverse, necessitating flexibility in working closely with both product and marketing teams.

• Serving as our inaugural in-house designer, you will play a key role in establishing the groundwork for our expanding design team, managing both product and marketing design duties.

• Take charge of the design processes from start to finish for new products and features in close partnership with product managers.

• Develop and uphold a forward-looking design system for Kiln products.

• Ensure the integrity of design files and maintain alignment with production applications.

• Collaborate both independently and cooperatively with Product and Marketing teams on experiences, campaigns, graphic concepts, assets, and visual treatments.

• Produce UI mockups and interactive demos with the Product Team.

• Aid the marketing team in launching new products, creating technical reports, infographics, marketing campaigns, and event designs.

• Advocate for design excellence, raise our design standards, and foster a culture of outstanding, user-centric design throughout Kiln.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a track record of delivering digital products for web and mobile platforms.

• Previous background in the BtoB SaaS sector, ideally in FinTech or Crypto.

• Familiarity with the crypto industry elements such as staking, DeFi, portfolio, and wallets.

• Proficiency in design systems and component libraries.

• Experience in prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions effectively.

• Proficient in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Skill in graphic design and visual content creation.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

• Comfortable with rapid, iterative product development.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation prowess.

• Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience in motion design and animations.
