• As the Staff Web Designer, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and ongoing development of our marketing website.
• Act as the bridge between brand expression and performance, ensuring our web experiences are skillfully crafted, technically proficient, and optimized for business success.
• Collaborate closely with teams managing SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design to ensure our website not only looks impressive but also drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion on a large scale.
• Take ownership of the website's creative vision and collaborate to define the roadmap in line with web strategy, growth objectives, and technical capabilities.
• Work closely with a web team consisting of designers, developers, CRO/SEO specialists, and external partners to promote excellence in execution and design.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in SEO, CRO, Marketing, Comms, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design.
• Create engaging experiences that deliver results based on shared success metrics.
• Continuously enhance UX and UI through testing, iteration, and advocating for industry best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of web projects within scope and in line with brand and business performance objectives.
• Manage and enhance the Website Design System in collaboration with developers, tailored to meet business requirements.
• Work with the Brand & creative team to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Implement systems and processes to streamline web operations, increase project efficiency, and facilitate self-service scalability.
• Translate performance insights and business requirements into clear briefs and initiatives.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing.
• Thorough understanding of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality execution in web and digital campaigns.
• Track record of successfully managing web projects in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to manage input and expectations across various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to balance brand integrity with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers and marketing operations teams.
