• Establish and operate funnels: From ad/SEO/referral to solution/industry pages, case studies/proof
• Design converting pages: Clear messages, strong openings (Hero/Hooks), benefits argumentation, objection handling, social proof, FAQ – modular and scalable.
• Implement no-code & quality assurance: Create pages and modules in Shop/CMS, handover to external developers only in special cases; acceptance based on clear criteria.
• Testing & Learning: Plan systematic A/B tests, create variants, evaluate results, and roll out successful approaches.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales: Ensure message match between ads and pages; incorporate feedback from Sales/B2B on lead quality into pages.
• Hygiene & Fundamentals: Clean structure, understandable forms, clear next steps, basic SEO on landing pages (title, meta, internal linking).
• Multiple years of web design in E-Commerce with demonstrable conversion or lead increases (please provide examples).
• Strong funnel and marketing understanding: Offers, objections, social proof, clear calls-to-action.
• No-code/low-code proficiency in Shop/CMS builders; basic understanding of CSS for clean handovers.
• Experience with planned experiments (A/B tests) and evaluation of user behavior/funnel metrics.
• Excellent German for precise, sales-driven web texts (short and long copy); clear, structured communication.
• Plus: Affinity for LLMs (e.g. for idea generation/variants) with secure editorial quality checks.
