📋 Description
• We are seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic web team.
• You will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the overall experience of Freshworks.com.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, visual designers and publishers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Your work will involve understanding user needs, defining user flows, and creating wireframes and prototypes that bring ideas to life.
• The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter and driven by curiosity and delivering impact to the business and customer.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
