• The role of Staff Web Designer involves leading the strategic direction, execution, and ongoing development of our marketing website.
• Acting as the bridge between brand representation and performance, you will ensure that our web experiences are expertly crafted, technically proficient, and optimized for business success.
• Collaborate closely with various teams responsible for SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design to guarantee that our website not only looks impressive but also drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion on a large scale.
• Take ownership of the creative vision for the website and collaborate to establish the roadmap in line with web strategy, growth objectives, and technical capabilities.
• Lead a web team comprising designers, developers, CRO/SEO specialists, and external partners to promote excellence in execution and craftsmanship.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from SEO, CRO, Marketing, Comms, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design.
• Create compelling experiences that deliver measurable results based on shared success metrics.
• Continuously enhance UX and UI through testing, iteration, and advocacy for best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of web projects within scope and aligned with both brand and business performance objectives.
• Manage and evolve the Website Design System in collaboration with developers, tailored to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate with the Brand & creative team to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Establish streamlined systems and processes for web operations to boost project speed and enable self-service at scale.
• Translate performance insights and business requirements into clear briefs and initiatives.
• Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• Showcase a portfolio reflecting strategic thinking and high-quality execution across web and digital campaigns.
• Proven track record of managing web projects in a high-growth SaaS or tech setting.
• Excellent communication skills for managing input and expectations among multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
• Skilled at balancing brand integrity with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in agile environments and collaboration with developers and marketing operations teams.
