📋 Description

• Lead weekly main discussion forums to actively engage students in the virtual classroom setting

• Meet weekly grading criteria, deadlines, and time constraints

• Address student inquiries and emails promptly within designated timelines

• Demonstrate a positive role model for students by upholding the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University

• Present course material for Interface Design 2: Web Design in an online format

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

• Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in design industry preferred

• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design

• Experience in designing for and collaborating with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, brand establishment, and current industry advancements

• Proficient in Adobe XD (Experience Design), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

• Desirable backgrounds include Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, Web Designer

• Capability to instruct using the latest versions of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Submission of a recent, professional portfolio with the application is mandatory

• Candidates are responsible for their own hardware and software requirements, as GCU does not provide these resources off-campus

• Possession of any relevant licenses or certifications
