📋 Description

• MEC – Millennium Enterprise Corp. is in search of a highly talented WordPress Administrator & UX Specialist proficient in Linux full-stack development.

• Accountable for the upkeep, enhancement, and creation of WordPress websites to ensure they are responsive, efficient, and secure.

• This position necessitates substantial expertise in WordPress development, UX principles, and Linux-based web hosting environments.

• Oversee, enhance, and optimize numerous WordPress websites.

• Create, adjust, and apply personalized themes and plugins.

• Identify and resolve WordPress challenges, such as plugin clashes and performance issues.

• Perform routine website evaluations and propose improvements for SEO, speed, and accessibility.

• Apply UI/UX best practices to boost user interaction and conversion rates.

• Manage Linux-based hosting environments (Apache/Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP).

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 6 years of experience in WordPress administration and development.

• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.

• Skilled in Linux full-stack development and server administration.

• Familiarity with Cloudflare, CDN integration, and website performance optimization.

• Understanding of DNS setup, domain management, and SSL deployment.

• Expertise in mobile-first design and ensuring complete responsiveness of WordPress websites.

• Showcase a robust portfolio of prior WordPress projects showcasing advanced abilities.

• Experience with SEO best practices and web accessibility guidelines.

• Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Headless WordPress development and REST APIs.

• Knowledge of automation tools and CI/CD pipelines for WordPress.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and other tracking tools.
