• As the Staff Web Designer, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and ongoing development of our marketing website. You will serve as the bridge between brand expression and performance, ensuring that our web experiences are expertly crafted, technically proficient, and optimized for business success.
• Collaborate closely with teams responsible for SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design to ensure that our website not only looks impressive but also drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion on a large scale.
• Own the creative vision of the website and assist in defining the roadmap in line with web strategy, growth objectives, and technical capabilities.

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing
• Extensive knowledge of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
