• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with a keen eye for visual hierarchy and composition.
• Strong foundation in UX/UI principles combined with a creative approach to crafting innovative designs.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Open to feedback, proactive, and driven by results, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in English at B1/B2 level or higher.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing relevant web, marketing, and visual design projects.
• Desired skills: Experience in motion design, animation, or 3D tools, as well as background in interaction design, visual communication, or digital marketing.
• Previous projects demonstrating significant impact on user engagement, brand identity, or conversion optimization.
