β’ Responsible for creating, executing, developing, and maintaining digital design elements on various platforms.
β’ Take the lead in designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for senior populations and care teams.
β’ Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to create functional and empathetic solutions.
β’ Analyze and evaluate digital product experiences to identify areas for enhancement.
β’ Develop diagrams, models, or low-fidelity prototypes to showcase concepts and ideas.
β’ Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to guide design choices.
β’ Promote accessibility (WCAG compliance), inclusive design, and best usability practices.
β’ Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
β’ Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing user-centered design on web and mobile platforms.
β’ Background in designing for healthcare, senior populations, or other accessibility-focused sectors.
β’ Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
β’ Strong grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles, and responsive design.
β’ Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
β’ Experience in Agile or Lean environments.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
