• Work closely with Brand, Retail, and other internal teams to ensure creative work aligns with overarching strategies and business goals.
• Manage the entire creative process from idea generation to final execution, maintaining consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all platforms.
• Identify areas for improved workflows, production streamlining, and enhanced creative efficiency within the team.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance team output and stay competitive.
• Contribute to strategic planning and provide creative direction to support broader business objectives.
• Fulfill any other responsibilities as delegated by your supervisor.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent field.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing print and digital campaigns, marketing materials, and leadership in creative execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and 3D design software.
• Experience in multichannel campaign design.
• Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities to guide a team in delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards consistently.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
