Graphic Designer – Traineeship

📋 Description

• Create various digital assets for marketing campaigns, including homepage modules, banners, landing pages, and more

• Assist in generating high-quality assets for international markets

• Modify and customize creatives for different regions, formats, and channels

• Help with photo editing and visual enhancements for ecommerce purposes

• Utilize AI tools like Figma, Midjourney, and Adobe AI features for faster design processes

• Support quick creative testing and adjustments for campaigns and experiments

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all outputs

• Collaborate with various teams to deliver on-brand assets for ecommerce

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• Strive for continuous improvement in design quality and speed

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in digital or ecommerce design (including internships or trainee positions)

• Proficiency in Adobe CC tools like Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of InDesign is a bonus)

• Basic to intermediate skills in Figma for design layouts and components

• Strong grasp of design principles such as layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Interest in creating designs that drive conversions, not just focusing on aesthetics

• Comfortable with receiving feedback, making iterations, and adapting to changing priorities

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new design tools and techniques

• Keen interest in AI, design automation, and innovative creative tools

• Experience with video or motion graphics software like After Effects or Premiere (preferred)

• Basic understanding of UI/UX for web or mobile platforms (preferred)

• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CRO concepts, or A/B testing (preferred)

• Experience using AI tools for creative production or ideation (preferred)
