• Collaborating with the Art Director and team artists to create high-quality illustrations using 3D & +2D workflow.
• Painting over 3D renders to achieve top-tier digital painting quality, transitioning between a synthetic 3D look and a painterly style.
• Adapting between Witcher and Cyberpunk IPs.
• Taking charge of original ideas and composition for illustrations.
• Managing production pipeline and meeting deadlines.
• Sharing knowledge and pipelines with team members.
• Minimum 5 years of similar position experience.
• Strong illustration and storytelling skills with a keen eye for perspective, color, lighting, mood, and composition.
• Proficiency in realistic and painterly illustration demonstrated through portfolio.
• Efficiently switching between styles and projects daily.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Maya, Zbrush, or other 3D software.
• Focus on character art with understanding of dynamic poses and expressions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and provide/receive feedback effectively.
• Proficient in English communication.
