• We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to take charge of design implementation across all aspects of our operations.

• Create user-friendly UI components that adapt to various states and operations like CRUD, conditional logic, and real-world processes.

• Additionally, you will contribute to brand and marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on product design that aligns with code principles: reusable, maintainable, and purposeful.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Product Design role, delivering tangible features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Proficient in systems thinking—viewing design as Lego bricks rather than pixel art. Experience in developing or enhancing component libraries and distinguishing between scalable design and one-time solutions.
• Thorough understanding of UI states and CRUD processes, with a focus on designing for create, read, update, delete functionalities from a product perspective.
• Advanced skills in Figma, particularly in auto layout, variants, tokens, and reusable components.
• Familiarity with front-end development practices, considering constraints and implementation feasibility in design decisions.
• Blend creative flair and visual instincts with a systematic approach—believing that clean design can be engaging, and reusable elements can be unique.
• Strong opinions on the benefits of AI tools in enhancing the creative process, prototyping, and copywriting.
• Proficient in prototyping, user testing, and iterative design based on data and structured feedback.
• Effective communicator, capable of articulating design choices clearly and engaging in constructive challenges.
