• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to establish priorities, shape roadmaps, and make impactful product decisions.
• Quickly generate and refine ideas—from wireframes to polished prototypes—incorporating motion, animation, and engaging elements that enhance the fan experience.
• Design with a focus on performance and accessibility, guaranteeing inclusive, fast, and enjoyable experiences.
• Utilize user research and data to guide design choices and validate results.
• Enhance the design system (Playbook) to ensure consistent, top-notch experiences across various mobile touchpoints.
• Present your work with clarity and strategic insight, welcoming feedback and being open to evolution.
• Mentor designers, assisting them in overcoming obstacles, honing their skills, and fostering excellence.
• Minimum of 8 years of product design experience with a focus on consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Demonstrated success in delivering and maintaining large-scale software products.
• Experience in defining and communicating design strategy in dynamic and fast-paced settings.
• Ability to establish and meet deadlines, adapt to change, and lead with strategic foresight in uncertain circumstances.
• Proven ability in managing, mentoring, or coaching product designers.
• Confident in influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in visual and interaction design with a strong foundation in motion, animation, and system thinking.
• Proficient in Figma (or similar tools) and implementing design systems.
• Understanding of the distinctions between iOS and Android platforms and when to adhere to or deviate from native patterns.
• Effective communicator who can advocate for users and convey design concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
