• Minimum of 2 years leading UX teams.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience in people management.

• Proven track record of implementing design strategies and enhancing user engagement.

• Proficiency in UX best practices, accessibility standards, and industry design principles.

• Expertise with Figma, Maze, and analytical tools.

• Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams and engaging with various stakeholders throughout the design process.

• Collaboration with marketing departments and excellent communication skills are essential.
