• Demonstrated track record of delivering elegant, system-oriented design work that drives customer success and business outcomes.
• A compelling storyteller who can influence at an executive level and foster alignment across teams.
• The cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
• Eligibility to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan for restricted stock units (RSUs) in addition to cash compensation.
• Some roles may qualify for overtime pay.
