• Lead the User Experience design efforts, creating top-tier mobile and web experiences to streamline the member plan process across various business sectors.
• Transform consumer insights into design strategies that cater to genuine user needs.
• Act as the main point of contact with cross-functional partners in your area of expertise, ensuring alignment on UX deliverables.
• Drive the advancement of our design framework, contributing to the enhancement of our design system and interaction patterns for web and mobile applications.
• Establish trust and agreement with key stakeholders and senior leaders through storytelling, user journeys, prototypes, and other UX strategies to communicate complex concepts and potential solutions.
• Produce strategic design materials like strategy presentations, future experience visions, and champion these strategies across various teams and workstreams.
• Conduct workshops to uncover hypotheses, explore potential solutions, build enthusiasm, foster shared understanding, and promote team alignment.
• Ensure adherence to digital principles, standards, styles, design patterns, and renderings.
• Collaborate with the Insights team to develop long-term research strategies and drive ongoing discovery and iterative delivery.
• Work with Content Strategy to continually enhance content, navigation, and site architecture.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Designer, User Experience Designer, or Interaction Designer.
• Submission of an online portfolio showcasing the ability to create engaging mobile consumer experiences.
• Demonstrate a passion for designing mobile applications with a portfolio reflecting expert knowledge and technical skills.
• Proficient in Figma, with confidence in utilizing its latest features and capabilities.
• Experience in designing within business, technical, and design guideline constraints.
• Ability to adapt processes and deliverables to meet project requirements and enhance efficiency and quality.
• Proven ability to design intricate transactional user interfaces and interactions.
• Experience in creating conceptual models, site maps, interaction flows, design patterns, and design specifications.
• Expertise in formulating research hypotheses, leading or participating in user research, and translating research findings into design choices.
• Strong history of iterating and delivering digital products within an agile team.
