Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring functional and accessible experiences

• Advocate for best accessibility practices (WCAG) throughout design work

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, development, marketing)

• Guide and support other designers, helping them grow

• Create scalable design systems and components for consistent UX/UI

• Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders and clients

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and standards

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in agency and product environments

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered and visually appealing work on web and mobile

• Proven experience in team leadership or design projects

• Experience in user research or testing

• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and their application in real products

• Fluency in English – both written and spoken (C1+ level)

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping platforms

• Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams
