• Possess 7+ years of relevant product design experience in an enterprise tech environment.
• Demonstrate strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping through a robust portfolio.
• Ability to articulate work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
• Solid grasp of UI and UX principles and best practices.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
• Preferably have cybersecurity product design experience in cloud security, identity, SIEM, or endpoint security.
• Open to experimenting with AI-accelerated workflows.
• Excel in ambiguous situations and thrive in collaboration with PMs, engineers, and security practitioners.
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js.
• Experience in leading changes to design systems.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $205,000 annually in the U.S.
