• Responsible for creating a variety of signage packages, such as dimensional lettering, graphic sets, regulatory and safety signs, large format graphics, vehicle wraps, banners, and commercial signage.
• Utilize industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite to produce efficient and high-quality designs.
• Design and oversee the implementation of ADA-compliant signage, including tactile characters and Grade 2 Braille.
• Collaborate with project managers, production teams, and clients to ensure design goals are met and projects are completed successfully.
• Develop professional mock-ups for client approval and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing workflow and meeting deadlines.
• Prepare production-ready artwork files and manage print-ready files using RIP software for optimal layout and print quality.
• Operate digital printers and vinyl plotters to oversee printing and cutting processes, ensuring accuracy and quality output.
• Conduct pre-press checks on artwork to address any potential production issues before printing.
• Assist with quality control to ensure printed products meet company standards.
• Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, with a focus on signage or large-format printing.
• Expertise in creating ADA-compliant signage, tactile graphics, Grade 2 Braille, and knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of print production processes, color management, and file preparation.
• Familiarity with RIP software such as Onyx, Caldera, FlexiSIGN-PRO.
• Experience operating wide-format printers and vinyl plotters, with a strong grasp of print production processes and file types.
• Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to present and defend design concepts to clients and management.
• Capacity to work independently, mentor others, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours, Central Standard Time.
• Salary: $2,500 USD Monthly.
• Fully remote work environment.
