• Create brand identity and visual systems, as well as generate a high volume of brand assets.
• Implement and adjust design systems and templates to ensure scalability, consistency, and technical excellence in all deliverables.
• Produce refined, brand-aligned work with precision and attention to detail for both digital and print formats.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and fellow designers to enhance concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver production-ready work.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Creative Ops, Strategy, Marketing) to align design outputs with creative and business objectives.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., text-to-image, layout automation, generative variations) to streamline workflows and explore new creative avenues.
• Assist in maintaining organized project files, documentation, and design libraries for future scalability.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to enhancing creative quality and team workflows in a solutions-oriented manner.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and feedback-rich environment that embodies Superside’s values of kindness, ownership, and speed.
• Strong English communication skills to articulate creative ideas effectively and supportively.
• 3–5 years of experience in design or creative fields, with a track record of producing high-quality, multidisciplinary work.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating creative excellence in branding, presentations, and advertising, including AI-enhanced projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
• Competency in utilizing AI tools as part of a deliberate and intentional creative workflow.
• Ability to give and receive feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Comfortable engaging in creative and collaborative discussions with internal and external partners.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with attention to detail, creative integrity, and team well-being.
