• Serve as the lead designer and a technical enabler for the marketing team.

• Effectively communicate strategic concepts, design choices, and innovative brand concepts to all stakeholders using clear, concise language.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Brand Design, Marketing Design, or a related field.
• Have at least 4 years of progressive experience in brand, marketing, or visual design roles, with a robust portfolio of enterprise-level design projects.
• Demonstrate experience collaborating across different teams such as marketing, product, communications, and executive leadership.
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), GSuite, Slack, and project management platforms (Asana, Jira, or similar).
• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
