• The Senior Graphic Designer operates under general supervision, adhering to company and department policies and procedures to create visually captivating designs that align with the brand, enrich customer engagement, and boost conversions.
• Tasked with crafting brand-aligned content for clients’ product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements.
• Collaborates with Content Copywriters and Content Managers to produce cohesive, high-performing assets for listings and campaigns.
• Works closely with the internal marketing team to generate content for the company website and marketing materials.
• Designs graphics for Amazon ads, such as Sponsored Brand creatives and banners, customized to drive click-through rates and conversions.
• Researches industry trends and competitor designs to uphold a competitive advantage in visual storytelling.
• Remains updated on industry design trends, innovative tools, and eCommerce best practices to keep the brand visually competitive and cutting-edge.
• Maintains organized files and asset libraries to streamline design processes within the team.
• Addresses inconsistencies and proposes solutions to ensure alignment with client and company requirements.
• Cultivates collaborative relationships with internal teams to align objectives and tackle challenges.
• Serves as a technical resource for team members and projects.
• Meets or exceeds department-established performance standards.
• Engages in continuous learning and application of department Trainual subjects in accordance with standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Four to seven (4-7) years of relevant graphic design experience, with at least two (2) years being highly pertinent.
• Proficient in creating compelling visuals for Amazon sellers and products to enhance product listings and drive sales.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions. Exhibits sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for resolving clients' and projects' challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, showcasing clarity and precision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, or similar software.
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting project deadlines.
