• Responsible for creating and maintaining various assets for our Shopify site, such as homepage layouts, promotional banners, landing pages, and product storytelling elements
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to implement designs efficiently and solve problems together
• Design compelling marketing emails that align with campaign narratives and marketing objectives
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns to ensure consistent visual branding across web, email, and social media
• Work with eCommerce and merchandising teams to develop assets for product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
• Apply UX/UI principles to digital design projects, prioritizing the customer journey in all layouts
• Maintain and enhance design systems and templates for visual consistency and efficiency across platforms
• Optimize imagery and layouts for various devices and screen sizes, with a focus on mobile-first design
• Stay up-to-date on digital trends and eCommerce best practices to enhance user experience through design
• Support additional digital marketing needs, including display ads, paid social content, and digital lookbooks
• Create and oversee digital assets for wholesale platforms (e.g., Faire) and Amazon storefronts to ensure a cohesive brand presentation
• Minimum of 6 years of design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work across digital and organic platforms like Pinterest, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other social media channels
• Proficient in creating multi-channel campaign assets, specifically for organic channels, with a deep understanding of designing for social feeds, stories, and organic content
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience in animation (Premiere, After Effects) for engaging short-form content
• Strong appreciation for typography, layout, and illustration in digital storytelling
• Ability to design work that integrates seamlessly into larger campaigns and maintains high visual standards across touchpoints
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to align on creative objectives
• Keen eye for design that not only looks good but also drives engagement and supports brand storytelling
• Curiosity about design trends and innovations, especially within social media and digital platforms
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines while upholding design quality
