• Creating Direct Response-focused design assets for paid platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., both from scratch and based on existing client materials.
• Developing proposals, sketches, and mockups to initiate new projects and secure pitches.

• Applying best practices in design for paid media platforms.
• Confidently presenting design content during client calls independently.

• 4-6 years of technical experience in paid media ad design, preferably at a results-driven agency.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in both B2C and B2B settings.
• Self-motivated, problem-solving team player.
• Ability to confidently present design content during client calls independently.
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools for ad creation and concepting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google suite, Figma, Asana, and Frame.io is beneficial but not required.
• Monks offers an hourly rate ranging from $40 to $55 USD.
• Hourly rate reflects Monks' estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
