• Responsible for creating and managing various marketing materials, such as website pages, emails, social media posts, paid advertisements, and sales tools
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all owned and paid platforms
• Transform written content and strategies into impactful visuals to drive engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with Senior Content Manager, Email Lifecycle Manager, and VP of Marketing on campaigns, launches, and brand narratives
• Work closely with Engineering to implement visual updates on the website using our proprietary CMS
• Coordinate with Product Design to ensure brand harmony between marketing and product interfaces
• Manage the visual asset library, which includes logos, brand guidelines, templates, and image resources
• Identify opportunities to enhance our visual identity and suggest creative enhancements
• Supervise freelance designers or vendors for additional or specialized projects
• Must have 3–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, preferably within a SaaS, B2B, or tech-oriented company
• Demonstrated portfolio exhibiting work across digital marketing platforms such as web, email, social media, and sales support
• Proficient in Figma, including components, styles, responsive design, and shared libraries
• Sound knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles
• Experience collaborating with writers, marketers, and engineers to execute campaigns
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and design requests efficiently
• Proactive mindset with a focus on solutions and a keen eye for modern visual design
• Bonus qualifications include experience in developing design systems, familiarity with AI design tools, motion or video editing skills, and experience in specific industries or managing freelance designers
