• Lead the development and maintenance of Kustomer's brand system, ensuring consistency while exploring innovative design approaches.
• Create, design, and produce assets for comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms such as digital, social, email, events, print, and video.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to produce captivating visuals for presentations, case studies, product launches, and customer narratives.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to transform business goals into compelling visual narratives.
• Coordinate with copywriters, marketers, and product designers to uphold a cohesive brand voice and user experience.
• Stay abreast of design trends and introduce fresh ideas to help Kustomer differentiate itself in a competitive market.
• Offer guidance and feedback to external agency partners.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design (SaaS, B2B, or tech background preferred).
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and experience with motion design (knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, etc. is a bonus).
• Track record of creating creative concepts for campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to articulate ideas clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency as a systems-thinker.
