• Responsible for bringing Tekmetric’s brand to life across digital, social, print, and experiential design platforms, ensuring a consistent and elevated look and feel.
• Conceptualize and create engaging experiences to elevate Tekmetric’s brand presence.
• Collaborate closely with marketing team members on various initiatives such as campaigns, content creation, social media, events, and customer storytelling.
• Maintain brand asset consistency including logos, fonts, color palettes, tone of voice, key messaging, and taglines across all marketing materials.
• Contribute to the evolution of Tekmetric’s brand identity by refining templates, expanding visual systems, and documenting brand standards.
• Work with cross-functional partners to transform strategies into impactful visual designs.
• Build a design library and optimize creative workflows for efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
• Pitch creative ideas to differentiate Tekmetric in an evolving industry and adapt direction based on timelines.
• At least 5 years of design experience either in-house or at an agency, preferably in both B2B and B2C settings.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, brand systems, and multi-channel design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience in motion, photography direction, or experiential design is a bonus.
• Ability to translate brand strategy and messaging into visually compelling creative concepts.
• Understanding of design hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to present work effectively to various stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
