• Develop visually appealing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, digital ads, and referral packets
• Produce social media graphics, multi-slide posts, reels, and short-form videos
• Edit and create video content, with a preference for Adobe Premiere Pro
• Assist with website updates and content management using WordPress
• Generate design drafts and mockups for team review and input
• Manage a well-organized digital asset library for all brands
• Collaborate with the Director of Creative & Marketing to ensure visual alignment with campaign strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of design and content creation experience in a professional setting
• Online portfolio or digital showcase of work is mandatory
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is highly preferred
• Familiarity with WordPress, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices
• Strong eye for clean, professional, and engaging design
• Ability to adapt to various brand styles and tones
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a bonus
