• Create various marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website assets, presentations, brochures, event collateral, etc., while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with different teams to align visual solutions with business objectives
• Manage multiple design projects from start to finish, meeting tight deadlines and quality standards
• Assist in refining, documenting, and managing brand guidelines, visual systems, and digital asset management
• 8+ years of experience in marketing design, ideally in a fast-paced B2B setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Figma or other UI/UX tools is a bonus
• Ability to contribute strategically to campaign planning and create compelling visuals
• Expertise in presentation design using Google Slides and Powerpoint
• Understanding of marketing, UI/UX, and communication best practices
• Proactive mindset with leadership potential and willingness to take on more responsibilities
• Bonus skills: Video editing, motion graphics, WCAG standards familiarity, copywriting
