• As a member of the ISO certified Network Performance Department, the Performance Networks Animator M/F takes responsibility for the territorial development and skills enhancement of iad Accredited Trainers in their area.
• Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders in your zone, you bridge the gap between headquarters and the network.
• Weekly regional travel is expected.
• Operationally implement the network performance roadmap (strategy, objectives, schedule, and resources) through network animation and training actions.
• Ensure the successful development of the Accredited Trainer community to support group growth.
• Support and enhance the skills of trainers through occasional group training sessions.
• Minimum of one confirmed professional experience in the real estate sector (preferably within a network of agents).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, persuade, and show empathy.
• Comfortable with numbers, results-oriented, and analytical (implementation of corrective actions).
• Customer service-oriented and agile.
• Proficient in new technologies (web, digital tools, social networks) and data-driven.
