📋 Description

• Create visually appealing assets for online learning programs, marketing materials, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns to ensure a consistent and polished outcome.

• Implement partner brand guidelines across various assets effectively.

• Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and partner stakeholders to develop and execute innovative ideas.

• Establish and enhance visual frameworks that enhance the learning and marketing experience.

• Ensure designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards, such as WCAG-aligned color/contrast, typography, and structure.

• Manage multiple partner projects concurrently, meeting all deadlines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.

• Have at least 3 years of professional design experience, preferably with projects involving partners.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Photoshop (highly skilled in all four).

• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.

• Experience in applying and adjusting brand guidelines to various deliverables.

• Showcase a robust portfolio of partner-facing work, especially in digital/online learning or higher education/business contexts.

• Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong communication skills to articulate and justify design choices.
