• Develop and execute visual brand strategies in alignment with the institution’s mission, catering to diverse audiences on digital and print platforms.
• Create compelling visual content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and event materials to drive marketing and enrollment objectives.
• Maintain and enhance brand guidelines for consistent application in both internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide cohesive visual solutions that support institutional goals.
• Oversee design projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic aims.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and freelancers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
• Contribute to integrated campaigns by shaping visual direction to enhance audience engagement through storytelling and design expertise.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to keep the institution’s brand competitive and relevant.
• Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• 3 years of graphic design experience in agency or in-house settings, with a focus on presentation design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi, Monday.com, DAM System (Bynder), Ziflow, portfolio showcasing, communication, interpersonal skills, and collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Basic computer literacy skills to effectively utilize required technology.
