• Responsible for shaping the visual identity of our clients' paid media and lifecycle marketing with impactful design work.
• Create effective static ad creative for paid social platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Develop polished email marketing designs that enhance brand narratives and encourage engagement.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Strategists, and account teams to transform briefs into visually compelling solutions that drive conversions.
• Efficiently adapt creative assets for multiple brands while ensuring quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
• Manage the entire creative process from concept development to design, production, and revisions.
• Maintain organized file management and adhere to naming conventions and workflow standards.
• Participate in internal reviews, accept feedback positively, and iterate on designs thoughtfully.
• Edit short-form videos for paid social media using Adobe Premiere, including performance edits, UGC mashups, and text overlays.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in static and graphic design, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, spacing, and storytelling through design.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while managing multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and comprehension).
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience collaborating in remote-first settings using tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Frame.io.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to accept feedback.
• Experience in video editing, preferably with Premiere Pro, and exposure to motion graphics or animation.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and creative iteration.
