• Take the lead in developing original event concepts, themes, and creative visions that align with strategic objectives
• Provide visual direction and guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
• Supervise the development of all creative assets for event environments, including signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, swag, and more
• Promote creative experimentation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats, exploring technologies such as AR/VR and AI-driven interactions
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and other stakeholders to ensure creative solutions meet objectives and KPIs
• Present creative concepts to partners and senior stakeholders, effectively communicating vision and rationale
• Manage the creative process from brief to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the vision
• Stay informed about trends in events, experiential marketing, and creative technology to elevate Deel experiences
• Possess 7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong emphasis on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
• Showcase a standout portfolio demonstrating concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business results
• Demonstrate the ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while actively contributing hands-on
• Have a deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first thinking
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AR/VR, generative AI, and their potential to enhance brand experiences
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and production teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
• Possess a courageous, boundary-pushing creative mindset, coupled with the discipline to execute ideas with excellence
• Ability to present creative concepts effectively to partners and senior stakeholders
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
